The Nova Scotia Labour Board has ordered that electronic representation votes for you and your coworkers take place at two separate times:
- on September 22nd and 23rd, 2026, for workers in trades/maintenance, grounds and custodial classifications
- on September 28 and 29, 2026, for workers in CL, TE(Office), and PR classifications
In order to vote, you must email lbevote@novascotia.ca by the deadline for your classification group with your full name, classification, and email address you’d like to use for voting. Make sure to add LB-2577 in the subject line of your email.
- For trades/maintenance, grounds and custodial: 12:00 PM (noon) on September 21, 2026.
- For CL, TE(Office) and PR: 12:00 PM (noon) on September 25, 2026.
If you do not register, you may not receive an electronic ballot and you will not be able to cast your vote.
